With Whale Shark we explore the creamy depths of the New England Double IPA. The quest is to make our silkiest and juiciest example yet. Aside from the usual oats, we added loads of specialty grains like emmer and chit malt to give the beer that über-luxurious mouthfeel. Heaps of hops finish this beer. Every version features a different hop combination (V5: Citra & Idaho7 Cryo).
