Twisted Kipper is our trois IPA, one of our favourite beers, but one that we release sparsely. It is full of flavourful aroma hops and ferment it with our favourite “Bruxellensis” Trois yeast. This combination creates extravagant fruitiness and rich bitters – a joyous and surprising explosion of flavours. A beer that’ll make you dance!
