Our collab with Cheltenham-based Deya Brewing Co. is an expression of both our interest in experimental brews. We crafted a british style pale ale with spelt malt as well a dry hop with British Jester and US Azacca hops.
As an ode to that one classic brewer’s favourite trappist beer we bottle fermented it with Brettanomyces veast. Fruity, funky and delicious!
