Bora is a blend of 3 and 1 year old barrels and a delicious beer that is tart, mature and complex. While Bora is a fish (a flat-headed mullet to be exact), it is also a reference to Katherina von Bora. A medieval revolutionary who escaped her convent in a herring barrel.
