“For v8 we dry-hopped with Enigma for a deep candied fruit base, with Azacca cryo hops to layer tones of orange and pine, and crowd favourite Citra to provide a punch of fresh mango. In the boil kettle we used the classic C-hops Centennial and Columbus for a familiar woodsy grapefruit foundation.”
